In short
The Paisanow name, branding, software and content belong to us or our licensors. You get a limited, revocable licence to use the site for yourself — not to copy, scrape, reframe or commercialise it. Rights owners can report alleged infringement using the contact below.
This Intellectual Property Policy sets out how Wesoftek Solutions Private Limited, operating under the brand Paisanow.com, protects its intellectual property (“IP”), respects third-party rights and governs the use of IP on the Platform and in its business.
1. Purpose
- Protect our brands, technology, content, confidential know-how and other IP assets.
- Prevent unauthorised use or disclosure of third-party IP.
- Define ownership and permitted use by employees, contractors, vendors, users and partners.
- Provide a mechanism for reporting alleged infringement.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to the Platform, employees, directors, consultants, contractors, agencies, vendors and other persons creating, receiving, using or managing IP for Wesoftek Solutions Private Limited. Contractual terms with a creator, licensor or Lending Partner prevail where they impose additional requirements.
3. IP covered
- Trade marks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, slogans and trade dress, including Paisanow.com branding.
- Software, source and object code, APIs, databases, algorithms, workflows, interfaces and technical documentation.
- Website content, text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, designs, reports, compilations and training material.
- Inventions, improvements, business methods, confidential information, trade secrets, customer insights and know-how.
- Licensed content, partner marks and open-source components used under their applicable terms.
4. Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Wesoftek Solutions Private Limited owns IP created by its employees in the course of employment and IP specifically commissioned from contractors to the extent assigned under applicable law. Creators must execute documents reasonably necessary to confirm ownership. Pre-existing IP remains with its owner, but any authorised incorporation into our work must be documented with an adequate licence.
5. Platform licence
Users receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access Platform content for personal, lawful evaluation and use of services. No ownership transfers. Copying, republication, commercial exploitation, scraping, framing, reverse engineering, removal of notices or creation of derivative works is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing or by non-excludable law.
6. Company brands
The names Wesoftek Solutions Private Limited, Paisanow.com, associated logos, domains and get-up may not be used in a business name, domain, advertisement, meta tag, social account, keyword, product or representation of endorsement without prior written approval. Permitted users must follow current brand guidelines and cease use on request.
7. Lending Partner and third-party IP
Bank, NBFC and third-party names, logos and product content remain the property of their respective owners. They may be used only within the scope of written empanelment, licence or applicable nominative-use principles. No modification, co-branding, sub-licensing or misleading implication of approval is permitted.
8. Employee, contractor and vendor duties
- Use authorised software, content, images, data and licences only.
- Conduct reasonable clearance before adopting a new brand, domain, campaign, software component or substantial content.
- Maintain source and licence records, including attribution and open-source obligations.
- Protect confidential information and restrict access on a need-to-know basis.
- Promptly disclose work product, inventions and suspected infringement.
- Return or securely delete protected material at the end of engagement, subject to lawful retention.
9. User submissions and feedback
You retain ownership of material you lawfully submit. You grant Wesoftek Solutions Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit and use it only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and improve requested services, comply with law and resolve disputes. You warrant that you have the required rights and that the submission is not unlawful or infringing. General feedback may be used without restriction or attribution, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Confidential information and trade secrets
Non-public technical, commercial, partner, customer, pricing, security and operational information must be protected through proportionate access controls, confidentiality obligations and secure disposal. Disclosure is permitted only for an authorised business purpose or where legally compelled, following appropriate notice where lawful.
11. Open-source and licensed materials
Open-source and third-party materials must be reviewed before use for licence compatibility, notice, attribution, source-disclosure, copyleft and distribution obligations. Components must not be introduced where their terms could require unauthorised disclosure or licensing of proprietary code.
12. Reporting infringement
A rights owner may report alleged infringement using the contact below. The notice should identify the protected work or mark, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the complainant’s contact details, basis of ownership or authority, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised. We may request further information and take proportionate action, including restriction or removal, without admitting liability.
13. Enforcement
Wesoftek Solutions Private Limited may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict access, remove material, issue cease-and-desist communications, suspend relationships and pursue contractual, civil or criminal remedies where appropriate. Deliberate infringement or misuse by personnel may result in disciplinary action.
14. Records, review and training
Material IP assets, licences, assignments, renewals, approvals and disputes should be recorded. Relevant personnel will receive periodic awareness training. This Policy will be reviewed as the business, technology, agreements and law evolve.
